Continuous training involves exercising at the same workload for a prolonged period of time (20-60 minutes), without a rest interval. For example, Mr. C. walks on the treadmill at 4mph, 3% grad continuously for 25 minutes. This technique is safe and easy to learn. This is the perferred method of training for beginners.
