biceps workout using partial reps training

After a full set of each bicep exercise using the full range of motion to exhaustion, perform a set of of partial range of motion exercise to exhaustion.

1.) Bicep curl (EZ-bar) (full range of motion)

Sets: 3

After performing this exercise, do a set using partial range of motion to exhaustion. 

Reps: to exhaustion

2.) Bicep curl (Dumbbell) (full range of motion)

Sets: 3

After performing this exercise, do a set using partial range of motion to exhaustion. 

Reps: to exhaustion
