Swiss-Ball Preacher Curl

Start: Attach the EZ-curl bar to the low pulley, put the ball in front of the weight stack, kneel behind the ball and rest your triceps on the front of it. Then do a standard preacher curl.

Finish: Curl the bar until your forearms are just short of perpendicular to the floor. Pause, then return to the starting position.
