Start: Same setup as for the standing adduction, but put the strap on the ankle farthest from the weight stack, and place your working leg slightly in front of your other leg.

Finish: Pull your working leg away from your body as far as you can without shifting your torso. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position. Finish the set with that leg, then repeat with the other.
