Start: Stand holding two moderately heavy dumbbells at your sides, with a neutral grip. Keep your shoulders relaxed and in line with your ears.

Finish: Shrug your shoulders up as if you were trying to touch them to your ears. Hold at the top position, then slowly return to the starting position. Don't bend your elbows or let your head move forward.
