Rectus Abdominis Exercises Hits: 1929

Position yourself in a Roman chair opposite the way you would to perform a set of back extensions. Shins under the supports and glutes on the front pad. With your arms folded across your chest, begin with your body in a straight line and slowly curl your upper body up toward your hips. Pause at the highest point lower, and repeat.
