Great workout for you abs using a kettlebell

This is a great abs workout you can do with a set of kettlebells. This workout features three ab exercises. Perform each exercise 20 reps for three sets while resting 25 seconds between sets.

2. Kettlebell Figure 8

3. Kettlebell Turkish Get-Up (Lunge style)
