Kettlebell Side Lever

Breathing: Breath out as you start the exercise movement, and breath in as you move back to the start position.

Execution:  Stand in an upright position. Grab one kettlebell in both your hands. Using your two fingers from each hand into the kettlebell handle, raise the kettlebell directly up over your head. Now turn to your side and step to one side as you lower the kettlebell to your side in a straight arm position. Move back to the start position and rotate to the other side of your body. Do not start out using a heavy kettlebell as this is a challenging exercise.
