Target Muscles: Triceps
Instructions: Sit down on the tricep extension machine and adjust the seat to a comfortable level. Grasp the handles with your palms facing inward. Rest your elbows and back of the arms on the pad. Place your feet flat on the floor and make sure that your back is flat against the back of the seat.
Extend your arms straight out moving only your forearms and hands. Hold, and slightly squeeze your triceps. Return the weight back to the starting point and repeat.
