chest workout using the triangle program

When performing a triangle chest program, start with light weight and ascend to heavy weight. After you reach your peak, desend by lowering the weight.  Your first set should be warm up reps.

Triangle chest pyramid workout

-Bench press (Barbell)  4 x 15(warm up),  12, 10, 8, 4, 8, 10, 12

-Incline bench press (Dumbbell): 4 x 15(warm up),  12, 10, 8, 4, 8, 10, 12 

-Standing flies (Cable): 4 x 15(warm up),  12, 10, 8, 6, 8, 10, 12
