Treadmill Workouts for Beginners

Description: Below is a great 2 workout routines for beginners to build stamina and burn calories at the same time.

 

Workout 1

EXERCISE

PROCEDURE 

TIME

Treadmill 

   

STEP 1

Warm up for 3 minutes by walking 3.3 MPH.

3 mins.

STEP 2

4.5 MPH for 2 minutes.

2 mins.

STEP 3

Decrease your speed and walk for 2 minutes.

2 mins.

STEP 4

Repeat step 2 and 3 until you reach 20 minutes.

 

 

Workout 2

EXERCISE

PROCEDURE 

TIME

Treadmill 

   

STEP 1

Warm up for 5 minutes by walking 3.4 MPH.

5 mins.

STEP 2

4.7 MPH as long as you can.

until you are fatiqued

STEP 3

Decrease your speed and walk for 2 minutes.

2 mins.

STEP 4

Repeat step 2 and 3 until 20 minutes are completed.

 

 


 

Workout 1

Procedure:

Warm up for 5 minutes by walking 3.4 MPH. After 5 minutes Jog at 4.7 MPH as long as you can. If you become fatigued, decrease your speed and walk for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, increase speed to a slow jog. Repeat as required.

Time: 20 Minutes

 

Workout 2

Procedure: Warm up for 3 minutes by walking 3.3 MPH. After3 minutes Jog at 4.5 MPH for 2 minutes.  After 2 minutes, increase speed back to 4.5MPH. Repeat as required.

Time: 20 Minutes
