Start: Place your bench perpendicular to the low cable station. Attach either that rope handle or EZ-curl bar to the low pulley. Grab that attachment, and lie on the bench with your head close to the weight stack. Hold the attachment at arm's length above your forehead.
Finish: Lower your forearms behind you until the backs of your hands nearly touch the crown of your head. Pause, then return to the starting position. Try to keep your upper arms in the same position throughout the exercise.
