Description: Here's a good 30 minute elliptical workout.

PROCEDURE

STEP 1

5 minutes of moderate paced warm up

5 Minutes

STEP 2

30 seconds high

30 secs.

STEP 3

90 seconds moderate

90 secs.

STEP 4

30 seconds high

30 secs.

STEP 5

90 seconds moderate

90 secs.

STEP 6

Repeat steps 1 through 5 til you hit the 25 minute mark

 

STEP 7

After the 25 min. mark, cool down at moderate pace for 5 minutes.
