| 90 seconds moderate | 90 secs. | |
| STEP 4 | 30 seconds high | 30 secs. | 
| STEP 5 | 90 seconds moderate | 90 secs. | 
| STEP 6 | Repeat steps 1 through 5 til you hit the 25 minute mark | |
| STEP 7 | After the 25 min. mark, cool down at moderate pace for 5 minutes. | 5 minutes |
